Radcliffe-approved catering groups are allowed in most Radcliffe spaces, but delivery and pick up of catered food and equipment must be pre-arranged with the Meeting Space Coordinator to ensure proper storage space. Set-up and break-down must follow Radcliffe policies discussed in the FAQ section.
Room Renter Responsibilities
Renter is responsible for any damage to room and/or equipment. Renter is also responsible for cleanup after the event. All food and trash must be removed from the premises by either the caterer or the event organizer. Additional fees will be charged for any cleanup done by Radcliffe staff. Special setups and late requests may result in additional charges.
