Conference Services Summer Housing

The Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study accepts Harvard-affliated groups for summer conference stays during the months of June, July, and August based on room availability. All summer group residents must be twenty-one years of age or older.

Conference Service Housing includes a single room, furnished with a twin bed, dresser, desk/chair, lamp, and sitting chair. Our single rooms share common single-sex bath and shower facilities.  Bed linens and towels are provided, but guests must provide their own toiletries.  Access to the laundry room and TV lounge are also available for summer groups.  The Cronkhite Center is not air-conditioned, but box fans can be rented through Harvard Student Agencies.  A resident advisor will be on duty in the building during the summer months to assist with lock-outs and emergencies.

Each group is responsible for participant check-in and check-out, including distributing and collecting room keys.  Groups requesting daily meals in the Cronkhite Dining Room must contact Crimson Catering at 617-496-6128 for more information.

Summer lodging requests and fee information can be initiated through the on-line request form or by contacting the Housing Office at housing@radcliffe.edu.
