The 83 Brattle Street Apartments offer newly renovated apartments retaining 1920s charm, just steps from Harvard Square. A variety of styles and price ranges are available. Leases are written for the semester, for 9 months (September–May), or for 12 months (September–August). Units are available furnished or unfurnished. The building is smoke-free, and pets are negotiable.
Building amenities include:
- Free Wi-Fi
- New kitchens with granite counters, solid maple cabinets, and new energy-efficient appliances
- New bathrooms with granite-top vanities and ceramic tile floors
- Elevator in building
- Heat and hot water included
- In-unit thermostat for heat control
- Hardwood floors in most units

- Coin-operated washers and dryers on site
- Recycling room

Eligibility
All full-time graduate students, staff, fellows, faculty, and visiting scholars at Harvard University and the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study are eligible to apply for housing at the 83 Brattle Street Apartments.
