Radcliffe Day is the Institute's annual celebration of women, as well as the alumnae and fellows of Radcliffe College and the Radcliffe Institute. Held each year the day after Harvard's Commencement, Radcliffe Day begins with a Commemorative Service, continues with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding alumnae of Radcliffe, and concludes with the Radcliffe Day Luncheon held in Radcliffe Yard, an event featuring the presentation of the Radcliffe Institute Medal. Radcliffe Day also celebrates the conclusion of Radcliffe Reunion Week.
